We have upgraded a website for a client of ours to U7 but are having a couple of difficulties with it. One of them being that if you want to disable one of the users, it seems to have no effect. After a couple of minutes an error is given that says there was a problem with one of the queries and that the operation has failed because it was taking to long, at least that's what we can make of this error because it is a very general one with no specific details as to what is going wrong.

Also, we can't seem to find anything about this but since I'm asking the above question, one of you might know what the difference between the two blocking options is? I mean the checkboxes you see when you open the settings for a user.
