This may be a very basic question but with this being my first Umbraco deploy involving more than one editor I find myself struggling with sorting this out. I can't find out how to give the editor user type publishing rights. I've checked all the boxes in the default permissions list but they are still only able to "send to publish".

How do I add publishing rights to a memeber or a member type? (And while we're at it, how do I add more administrators?"
