When i try to delete a member from the Umnraco backend i get the following error
Failed to delete item bf110ab7a5f041aea0104ffce0fd3a78
doc counts differ for segment _16: fieldsReader shows 2 but segmentInfo shows 1
but if i reload the nodes the member is deleted/removed.
