In Umbraco 7, you are still access the page content properties by it´s Alias, so nothing new there. As far as I remember there isen´t new standard properties in Umbraco 7.

Yes these build in properties are still working in Umbraco 7, so no problem there. And I don´t think there are some Umbraco 7 new properties. I haven´t heard of someone that only works in Umbraco 7.
