Yes if you go to the http://umbraco.tv/ here are some free videos about the basic concepts of Umbraco 7. http://umbraco.tv/videos/umbraco-v7/implementor/ and if you are and editor http://umbraco.tv/videos/umbraco-v7/content-editor/
As I said some of the videos are free to watch, and some requires that you subscribe on the Umbraco TV. You can see prices here: http://umbraco.tv/plans-signup/
