It is very frustrating, i have taken one month subscription plan for umbraco video tutorials. amount got deducted, but still order status is in awaiting payment i tried 4 times from last 2 months but same issue. i informed umbraco about this but still there is no proper response on this.
How did you try to get in touch with Umbraco? Using the contact form on the webpage or by e-mail?
Perhaps try to see if you can tweet one of the HQ guys directly. Seems like you have been very very patient so I think it's only fair to approach them like that.
You could try writing one of the guys by e-mail to see if that helps on the response time. Maybe the contact form is broken...who knows http://umbraco.com/about-us/team
