    Default language for backend login

    Hello,

    I have set the umbracoDefaultUILanguage key in web.config to "de", but the backend login view is shown in english. If I login with a german user and logout the login view is shown in german, but the error messages are in english. And if I reload the login page, this is complete in english again.

    This results in two questions:

    1. How I can change the default language on login view, so that the login_greeting is displayed in german everytime? 

    2. How I can use localization service in umbraco.ressource.js, so that the hardcoded error messages is displayed in the correct language?

    There is bug-report http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-4585
    So go and vote :-)

    I have fixed this issue and submitted a PULL request to merge it into 7.1.9 so fingers crossed it will be accepted.
