    Can't install 7.18 via NuGet

I've installed Umbraco several times using NuGet and usually it's a doddle but today I'm getting this error:

It's not adding the umbraco and umbraco_client folders into the project. The last time I installed it was a few days back and it worked fine, has something changed or did I mess something up?\
