Umbraco 7 automatic delete my work

Using Umbraco 7

Several times I experience Umbraco deletes the work I've done, or after I open my PC that much is gone.

Is there anything I can turn off. I suspect that it has something to do with nuget?

Hi Johan

What version of Umbraco 7 are you using and have you been using the API to do something in the Umbraco backoffice? Are there any 3rd party packages installed? Does the /app_data/logs folder reveal anything, which could be related?

Please provide as much information as possible since that will make it easier to figure out what might be the culprit.

By any chance are you using SQLCE and IIS Express? This sounds like the issue detailed here. If this is the case, switch to using full IIS.

Ah yes of course the dreaded SQLCE/IISexpress issue - That's probably it :)

it has often been Umbarco 7.1.* (now 7.1.8)

it is just at the start, I have not installed anything.

The time that the data was gone in the log, it says: Loading content from disk cache...
The database is mssql ce 4
