Not sure about that - I honestly can't remember if it's just going to be part of the installation - Have not had the chance to play around with 7.2 final release yet myself. But tomrrow I'm planning on it :)
But I don't think that it will be free to use in production. But I might be wrong.
The new Umbraco Forms, is just a part of the Umbraco installation, but it´s not free to use,it still require a license to use in production, as we know it today. If you haven't seen the uHangout episode where Per from the Umbraco HQ shows and explans the new Umbraco Forms, Then I think that you should take a look here.http://uhangout.co.uk/video/iTKb4k4UJqU
U.7.2.0: Umbraco Form!
Hi,
Is Umbraco Form different from Grid or is the same but there is a mistake in label?
Bye
Hi Biagio
What do mean? Umbraco Form is the descendant of Umbraco Contour. So for now on it's called Umbraco Forms.
The grid is a seperate thing, which works independently. You can read more about the grid in the release blog post here https://umbraco.com/follow-us/blog-archive/2014/12/4/umbraco-72-released and you can see a video from codegarden about it here http://umbraco.com/follow-us/blog-archive/2014/6/26/umbraco-72-grid-updates.aspx
In this earlier blogpost about the 7.2 beta you can read more about Umbraco Forms preview http://umbraco.com/follow-us?page=3
Hope this answers your question.
