Hello.. I have been working with version 7.19 and now 7.2...
and am very happy with the grid editor of version 7.2...
one things I noticed though is that in 7.1.9, I could resize and image in the rte and the file always would have a url with &width added...there seems to be no ways of controlling the image size in the grid... ie. a image wtih text right does not allow resizing...to a cropped size... and so a large vertical image spreads to the complete size... am I missing something?
Other than I am blown away by how functional and stable version 7.2 and the new grid editor is...

I am having a similiar challenge. Would love to get an answer for this.
You can try to remove css class "fullSizeImage" from Umbraco\Views\propertyeditors\grid\editors\media.html.
