Hi again, Loads of questions from me today sorry!

We're trying to use Forms Authentication based single sign on whereby our Umbraco site lives on a sub domain of our primary application, which in turn handles authorisation and setting the authorization cookie.  I have this aspect setup and working.

We also embed some userdata in the cookie and usually I would handle the Application_AuthenticateRequest to decode the encrypted ticket to retrieve the user data and set a custom Identity.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could go about that using Umbraco 7.  In a perfect world I would somehow combine this with a custom membership provider which allows me to use the built in Umbraco membership system.

I'm just struggling to figure out how I put the pieces together, would really appreciate any pointers / adivce
