Hi,
I have installed UmbracoCms 7.1.8 on windows 7 (No service pack) 32-bit. I am using IIS 7.5 and .net framework 4.5.Please let me know how can I use existing HTML templates in Umbraco 7.1.8?
Hi Sham,
In Umbraco you have full control over your markup, so you can build up your templates as you want. Try to see this video chapter from Umbraco TV about working with templates. http://umbraco.tv/videos/umbraco-v7/implementor/fundamentals/templating/introduction/
And there are some more documentation: http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Using-Umbraco/Creating-Basic-Site/Creating-Master-Template-Part-1 and http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Using-Umbraco/Creating-Basic-Site/Creating-Master-Template-Part-2 and http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Using-Umbraco/Creating-Basic-Site/Master-Template-The-Navigation-Menu
Hope this helps,
/Dennis
