Going great here except I have found a little block. I am trying to only allow users access to their area of my site. Done. Now when I try to give them the ability to set up a link to an internal page they can only access the page they have been given the privileges to.
So for the Caption Online Payslips I was going to send them to the Cafe page, but they can only see Human Resources as in the Users section they have been allowed to see the Human Resources - all other areas have been blanked out. Is there a way to allow access to the Cafe page but not to have it visible on the left under Content - if that makes sense!

OK I found a workaround. I have allowed the unwanted nodes to be visible to make it work. It's a bit messy but it works!
