What is the expected behaviour for 'Send to Publish' in context menu?

Should it be the same as 'Save and send for approval' (on right hand pane when viewing a node, not the context menu)?

I have been experience strange issues (even on clean installs) on Umbraco 7.2.1

Reported as an issue here but wondering if anyone else has the same thing going on?

    Hi Lewis,

I know it is documentation for Umbraco 4/6, but I donĀ“t think the functionality / use of the send to pubish has changed in Umbraco 7.  http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/how-tos/creating-an-edit-approve-workflow

Here is also some explanation about the different notifications. http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/umbraco-client/context-menus/notifications

    Hope this helps,

    /Dennis

Thanks for the info Dennis, but I'm familiar enough with the notifications/workflows and was actually experiencing a couple of issues (as reported above and in the issue tracker) and was wondering if you or anyone else had experienced the same thing?

Thanks for checking it out Dennis, I'm not alone :-)

Hopefully it will get picked up on the issue tracker at some point.

    Cheers,
    Lewis
