    publishing issue

    Using Umbraco 7

    I have a live umbraco 7.1.6 website deployed on Azure. I have changed some content on the root page and republished it. The site still shows the old content, so I went and removed the App_Data\umbraco.config. Published again and no change. I tried 2 different browsers - Chrome and IE11 and no joy. I can't get it to show the new content. Any ideas what's going on ?
