Try to have look at the bulk manager package http://soetemansoftware.nl/bulkmanager from Soetemansoftware. It´s allow you to do bulk operations on content, media document types and so on. The package is a commercial product and you need to buy a license to get the full advantages of it.
Multi-select nodes

Is there already a plan or feature request on implementing multi-selection (e.g. move multiple nodes) in the Umbraco Backoffice?
Or an extension which can handle such things? Looks like a common use-case for an editor, but not available afaik.
