Judging from your question above it sounds like you're looking for a FAQ package?
To my knowledge such package does not exist for Umbraco 7.
But you should also consider Umbraco more as a framework, which you can structure to your liking. No Umbraco instance looks the same as they're all made up after the needs of a client/project. But of course some of the base concepts are re-used from instance to instance depending on how intelligent people are working with Umbraco etc.
But it should be fairly easy to build yourself by adding a new node section in your "Content" section at the root leve, uden a faq container document type, which can then hold faq document types where you can have the question / answer fields. Then in your content you can pick from the faq folder and render the content to your liking on the frontend.
Does this make sense or do you have something else in mind?
Display tree structure

Is there a project for umbraco, that displays a tree structure to the end-user, like:
Question 1 Answer to q1 Answer to Answer to q1 Another Answer to q1
Txt should be displayed as links.
