You can try out Umbraco Forms on you localhost, where you have the full version of Umbraco Forms. It´s an Add on developed by Umbraco HQ
If you like the product then you need a license for your live environment you will need a license. If you upgrade a site to Umbraco 7.2.x, that has Contour installed then you can use an existing license.
A license is valid for 1 production domain, and 2 development domains. Each domain includes all sub-domains (*.domain.tld), as well as .local extension (domain.tld.local). The license also will include localhost as a valid domain.
Umbraco Forms 7.2 - Not Contour
Hi All,
Please can you clarify - are Umbraco forms free? Or until a certain point?
I can still use the forms however there is a message:
"Thank you for trying out Umbraco Forms
To continue using Umbraco forms, you must purchase a license, or use an existing license"
However it does not stop me from using the forms...
Regards,
Usman
