    Published page suddenly not found

    Using Umbraco 7

    I have this strange problem where a page that published successfully after a period of time comes up page not found.

    This problem started in 7.1.6 and I'm now on 7.1.9 and still experiencing the same issue. There is nothing listed in the trace log.

    I have deleted the node and re created it but the same page is effected.

    Has anyone seen this behaviour?

    Rich,

    Usually a permissions issue. I have seen this before and when umbraco folders do not have correct permissions stuff does not publush, can you double check your permissions.

    Hi Ismail,

    thanks for the quick response. The page does publish and is viewable on the site but after 30 minutes comes up with a page not found if trying to navigate to it on the site.

    Check you cache. You might have to respublish the entire site. I have found with Umbraco 7.2.2, if I mess with a document type, the cache gets out of sync. In fact, I'll even see a warning in the properties page to the effect of "The pages is published but there is something wrong with the cache (internal error).

    Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that this morning and now another part of the site is showing a page not found.

    This is causing quite a problem now.

    I'm also receiving warnings saying:

    Logger: Umbraco.Web.Routing.DefaultUrlProvider Couldn't find any page with nodeId=1958. This is most likely caused by the page not being published.

    I'm getting various messages like this. Could this be connected to my issue?
