Any advice about this? It makes the media section hard to work with, and not a good user experience. I havent tried this particular installation with a desktop SQL, so I don't know if the problem is because we use Sql Azure.
Is it supposed to use Examine? Can I change to Examine without having to create an entire new media section by myself? :o
Slow media section (Azure)
On a new (7.2.1) site with less than 100 images, and about 30 folders in the entire structure, we experience very slow media section performance.
A "reload nodes" in the media root takes 7.16 seconds - we only have 7 folders there and no images in the root.

Thanks
On a new installation it seems much faster. Is that because 7.2.4 - or can we have a problem on our 7.2.1 (broken examine index?)
is working on a reply...
