I'm currently using Umbraco for our new corporate intranet, so have enabled Active Directory authentication, which is perfect.
When a new user hits the backend for the first time their user account is created and the user type set as Writer.
I need each of these users to have a specific start node, but currently i have to go into each new user and set the start node for them.
Is there a way to default this based on user type or some other generic route?
Thinking more about this, its probably possibly by creating a custom event and capturing the data at this point? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
