Hi, I am trying to login to my Umbraco.tv account but the system says would not let me. This is now happened second time - I had this issue few weeks ago. I have sent an email request on the site's support page and got a reply that someone will be contacting me within 48 hours. I needed to watch this tonight for tomorrow's work.
Can anyone please tell me why I can not login to my account. I am sure I am not the only one as it happend second time now?
Not sure what is going on - But have you tried another browser just to make sure it's not a caching issue of some kind? Or incognito mode?
And are you 100% certain that your credentials are right? If so then I think you should contact support again or try pinging @aaen from HQ on Twitter kindly asking if he can have a look to see if something has gone wrong in the system regarding your account.
