    Umbraco install fine in testing environment but slow in production environment

    Hello, I have an Umbraco 7 website, 7.2.1 to be exact, that was just fine when being developed on our testing servers but is being excruciatingly slow on our production server. We are using uWepshop and have about 10.000 products but there are no spikes in CPU or memory when browsing the site. Does any of this make any sense? Can anyone help direct me in the right direction to find out what might be wrong?

    Hi Sunnefa,

    The first place to look would be the log files (App_Data\Logs\UmbracoTraceLog.txt) - check to see if there's any errors, or anything to suggest the application is restarting (which would cause a big performance hit).
