    Request Error - Localized Text Error

    Hi Guys,

    I am experiencing an error locally, when updated to the latest version of the umbraco. When I login, for all content in the Content section, an error will be shown stating that Request error Localized Text.

    I have tried incrementing the CLientDependancy version number but it is still not working for me. I am still working locally and I am having this error message exactly when login and for all nodes, such Save and Continue text for the green button is not being shown. For the settings, developers and other sections, there is no problem.

    I have also tried to recycle the app pool locally but also no success.

    Any help please?

    Hi Simon,

    have you also clear the browser cache?

    Yes sure, many times.

    I tried it on different browsers, and the same error occurs :/

    any idea?

    Yes, this error:

    http://www.localhost/umbraco/LocalizedText Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    Any ideas?

    Hi Simon,

    from which version do you have upgrade? Do you see related errors in log file?

    Is it a multilingual website?

    Hi Simon,

    please copy and overwrite the bin files of the latest version to your upgraded version again. Maybe this can solve it.

    great :-) Sometimes not all bin files are copy correctly during upgrade progress.

    Hi Soren,

    Sry for bothering you again. But I have noticed that when I copied and replaced the bin files of the 7.2.5 umbraco folder to my project bin, works fine untill I rebuild.

    When rebuild, the umbraco show the installation again and install again the 7.2.1.

    Can you please guide me how can I solve this please?
