I've inherited an Umbraco website and since upgrading it from 7.2.2 to 7.2.6, I can no longer see any Media Documents that have been uploaded, just the ones that were there prior.
These documents get listed in an accordion control within a client facing Page - the code has not been modified and was working pre-upgrade. Here's a copy of the code:-
The Trace Log doesn't give much away so I'm not sure if something isn't indexing correctly (I've done a site republish). I can access the File if I put in the ..../media/xxxx/ URL directly in the web browser.
I reapplied the CREATER OWNER file permissions on all folders, subfolders and files to Full Control. I now have my files showing although this doesn't feel like the correct solution.

I've done the following to no avail....
Once I reloaded the site, the umbraco.config and Temp directories got rebuilt but just not showing any new media files that I've uploaded.

Do I need to add IIS_IUSRS group as well?
