I have created a custom data type based on the media picker, and set a start node so that editors can only pick media from a specific folder. Is it possible to use this custom media picker from the rich text editor.
I have had a look at the config files, but can't see how the media picker is referenced. I have tried changing the out of the box media picker to use a start node, but no joy with that! Any ideas?
Ah didn't realise you can set the start node for a user in the users section (how did I miss that!) which then defaults to that in the RTE as expected! doh!
