I am signed up for the 4 day Washington DC training in September and paid for it. I was hoping since I already paid for it that I could get the additional training resources to study them NOW before class.

I think the full .tv is included when you go to training instead of having to paying for it. Right?

Second, is there any kind of written documents that come with the training? Can I get them early?

Third, is it the same instructor in Chicago and Washington DC?

Fourth, I am unclear about what to have on the computer that I bring to the 4 day class. I see that I should have Visual Studio, but should I also have Umbraco installed? If this is not the case, how is this handled, should I at least download it?

I want to learn as much as I possibly can before the class so I can learn the most in class. Anything else I need to know before going?
