I recently upgraded to 7.2.8 from 7.2.1. I have a plugin with a package manifest. In 7.2.1 if I changed the contents of the manifest the application pool was automatically reset when I saved the changes, causing my manifest to be reprocessed.
In 7.2.8 this doesn't appear to happen anymore. I have to manually reset the app pool for it to update. Was the FileSystemWatcher removed or disabled somehow (or a configurable option added)?
It's not a huge deal, except my plugin has extended the package manifest to add dataTypes, contentTypes, mediaTypes, and memberTypes. As such I designed it to rely on that behavior to create/sync the said types when it changes.
