I would like to have possibility to edit my image that is uploaded in Content Editor (Fanoe starter kit). I know that I can insert control Image wide cropped and select area to be cropped (by blue dot :) ) but this option is not enough. CMS editor must have possibility to crop image fluently (not only by predefined image cropper) and have other basic image editor functionalities like: change brightness, rotate the image.
I found ImageGen but it's only an ASP Handler and I need also client site UI with basic toolbox for image editing.

You could try Image Filter package ( https://our.umbraco.com/packages/backoffice-extensions/image-filter/ ), but it only works on v8.
