I wanted to find out if you could suggest a package that i can use for the following scenario

the below is for users who just have access to the content Section of Umbraco, not Developer or settings.

A content manager creates multiple drop downs with their respective options as an Admin.

A content writer will then use those drop downs as a source for their content

For example Content Manager creates one drop down called "country answers" which has two options

a country writer (less privilege) can create two answer using the same drop down "country answer" and select different options each time

I have been trying nested content but cannot get access to list item created.
