    Way to get related page from diffrent language?

    Using Umbraco 7

    I am looking for a simple way to get a related page from a diffrent language (currently I have two languages).

    I want to insert a tag something like this in my template:

    <link rel="alternate" hreflang="es" href="http://es.example.com/" />

    The different versions of the pages are copied with relations.

    Can anyone help on this? Trying to get the url of a related page to use in razor-template.
