Macro's in RTE insert empty <p>'s after saving

It's a known problem, but I can't find any solution anywhere.

Everytime I (or a client) insert a macro (like a form, a gallery or photoslideshow) in the RTE, it inserts one or more empty p's in the page around the macro after hitting the [save] button.

Then, when I remove them... and redesign the paragraphs....and hit [save] again....there are even more empty p's....it's like a virus...

    I've tried:

Is there anyone who knows how to fix this? How to insert macro's without having the empty p's everywhere. It's really driving me crazy.

[edit] it's even more worse when one page has 2 macro's on it! #omg

    Hi,

tag is automatic property of RTE, it is automatic added in your text when you click on save

Add this to your tinyMceConfig.config file under customConfig

    <config key="forced_root_block">''</config>

At the moment it seems to be working for me.
