I think I might have specific configuration which is causing issue when installing Umbraco packages from Repository

My site is under virtual directory like: http://mydomain.com/mysite/myumbracoroot

And when I try to install umbraco package from repository or import local one, they are installed under: /mystite/myumbracoroot/mysite/*

So for example, package bin files ure copied under /mystite/myumbracoroot/mysite/bin instead of /mystite/myumbracoroot/bin

Is this related to the fact the umbraco root is not at the domain root, or is there anything else I could configure so that package is extracted to correct location ?
