    Object reference not set to an instance of an object

    Hi all, Urgent one here, meeting with client later and the whole site has broken...

    No matter what I do I get Object reference not set to an instance of an object when I try to load the site.

    It said the issue was with a macro that controls a banner. I took that out and tried again then the same error with the next macro and then with page items. It seems to break with anything that uses @.

    @Umbraco.RenderMacro @Umbraco.Field etc etc

    Any ideas that can help me please??

    Hi Roger,

    Did you look at log ? Do you have right connection string?
