    Picking media items without having access to the media section?

    We have a large number of users of our website so we have implemented the writer user role.

    We don't want to allow users to upload their own documents/images but want to keep control of this ourselves, but if they don't have the media section access we have problems with them being able to pick media items.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for this?
