Contentpicker and Mediapicker in a single Control?

Hi,

Simple Question: Is there a control that is a Contentpicker AND a Mediapicker in one ?

I have multiple documenttypes and archetypes that can contain links to Media and Content. I don't feel good by using 2 controls.
