    Examine cache indexed completely on application startup

    Using Umbraco 7
    Umbraco 7

    I'm using Examine as my cache store and was would like the cache to be built at bootstrap.

    Would setting this value runAsync="false" within ExamineSettings.config accomplish this? If so is this advised?
