    Install Optimus-Package on 7.3.0 error

    Hello,

    I just tried to install the gorgeous Optimus-Package on a clean v.7.3.0.

    Sadly it breaks the site giving the error:

    Attempt by security transparent method 'System.Web.Http.GlobalConfiguration.get_Configuration()' to access security critical type 'System.Web.Http.HttpConfiguration' failed.

    Is this an MVC5 issue and even more important: Is there a workaround or will there be a new version of Optimus?

    On the other hand: Is there another way using LESS / SASS on v.7.3.0?

    I get a similar issue, when upgrading a site from 7.2.4 (with Optimus installed) to 7.4.1 .. after copying the new files, merging changing and running the site again, I get this error instead of the install/upgrade screen.

    Hey Arnim,

    Which version of Optimus did you install since if you install v latest the issue shouldn't happen.

    Ok old topic :p but @Bjarne yes if you upgrade Umbraco you'll also need to upgrade Optimus, thanks for sharing the steps!

    Yes, but I upgraded directly from Umbraco 7.2.4 to 7.4.1 :)

    I didn't test if Optimus 1.4.0 works on 7.2.4 though.
