Is Umbraco Forms in version 7.2.8/7.3 Free or licensed?

I've used licensed version of Contour.. I just need to confirm if this is free or licensed before usage. Thanks in advance

I guess free to use the localhost. But if you want to run on the server, then the work must pay the license fee.

Yup, unlimited trial in a local environment.

To use Contour/Forms on a live site a license is required. You can read more about it here.
