Hello everyone,

Hope someone can help.

I am completely new to Umbraco (normally just dabble in html websites) but a colleague has asked me to move an umbraco website from one hosting company to another.

I downloaded all the files and then uploaded them onto the new company's space, changed the DNS and then the website disappears.

According to the new hosting company, "it looks like you have nothing linked or on your index in your public_html of that addon domain"

As I haven't actually changed anything, I'm at a loss of how to approach this.

Any ideas would be gratefully received and I am keeping my fingers crossed it's a quick fix...
