7.3.0 Rich Text Editor HR is missing

Hi!

After the upgrade to 7.3.0 our content editors are not able to use HR anymore. It's checked in the Data Type, but not showing up in the RTE.

Is this a known problem, am I doing something wrong, or should I create a Issue?
