I created a solution in vs 2013 with new Empty MVC Project. after that i install Umbraco CMS via nuget package manager. after that install Umbraco 7.and include items needed in visual studio.
i use following link to make a site map.Click here
but i can't get the result.

i m not getting the result of macro with all pages its display only one bullet link. and i want result like below.

and i m getting result like below
so problem is that i want all the pages in sitemap but using this link i getting only one page where i m
Code is pretty simple, maybe problem with TemplateId or publishing nodes?
Can you do republish and debug ?
