When I create the above rule in IIS on a Umbraco site user can no longer login - the invalid username or password message appears. I tried changing the pattern to:
(?!Umbraco)([A-Z])
to no avail. Am I missing something?

IIS "Enforce lowercase URLs" rule stops Umbraco login
