Hello,

We are studying to use Umbraco for our intranet. I have a backend using DNN and I'm studying Umbraco because I really liked the overall architecture.

So, we are about to choose between Umbraco and other CMS. I've alteary find some features/plugins we need but I would like a help on some features bellow. I really looked but I didn't find. I would like to know if those features exists or I need to develop them.

Any help appreciated!

• Help desk system per department;
• Query builder: For example, I have a view or procedure. I would like to use this view, define which fields to be showed, sort and summarize in a report. I also need to export to Excel this report. Which means, this kind of feature allows me to construct reports by demand, using no C# programming, only SQL statements.
• How have I have access for users log?
