    Received an error from the server when "Save And Publish"

    Using Umbraco 7

    Hi guys, My Umbaco verison is 7.2.8. After I have developed, move the website and the database to the production server.But when I save and publish every content, it will be a hint:

    **Received an error from the server

    Failed to retrieve data for content id 1393

    EXCEPTION DETAILS: : STACKTRACE:**

    Open the umbraco log file, system record below content:

    2015-11-02 17:01:35,483 [23] INFO Umbraco.Core.UmbracoApplicationBase - [P3352/T30/D8] Application shutdown. Reason: InitializationError 2015-11-02 17:01:42,592 [7] ERROR Umbraco.Core.UmbracoApplicationBase - [P3372/T1/D2] An unhandled exception occurred System.TimeoutException: Failed to enter the lock within timeout.

    Develope database is sqlserver 2008r2，product database is sqlserver 2012r2.

    Any other hints?
