Recently I have upgraded to the newest version of umbraco, everything went well except the avatar (default icon) in the left upper corner which disappeared. What might be the reason and how can I get it back?
This has just happened to me in the third upgrade to 7.3.5 - the other two worked correctly.
The image in where it should be in umbraco/assets/img/application but isn't showing.
Fixed it, in Chrome went into Developer tools and the did an "Empty cache and Hard Reload"
It just simply got fixed for me with the following update after v7.3.1.
