I am using 7.3.1 with Visual Studio 2015 and SQL Server 2014 DB. I installed via nuget multiple times and this happened every time. I get to the configuration screen then logout. After that I am unable to login.
Error I see in the console is a 400 on PostLogin. The return from the server is:

{"Message":"The request is invalid.","ModelState":{"loginModel.Username":["The Username field is required."],"loginModel.Password":["The Password field is required."]}}
The Request Body that is being sent is:
"username":"jake@jakehorn.net","password":"P@ssword1"} - This is a correct password in this instance.
Did you get a solution for this? Seems a lot of people are getting the same issue after install the new umbraco 7 and unfortunately I am one of them....
