I just want to send out the emails with the submission details, whats the easy way to do this and where can I find the nice tutorial for this.

Try to see the Surface controllers chapter on the Umbraco TV https://umbraco.tv/videos/developer/fundamentals/surface-controllers/introduction/
This shows all you need to create a contact form, and send the input to an email address.
