    Generate list of all document types (whether used or not)

    Hi all,

    Does anyone know how to programmatically get a list of all document types (or their alias) even if no content pages have used to document type? Basically I am trying to create a document type selector but it doesn't look like there is method for listing out all document types available for use in the system.
